After reading Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross in February, the MBC community needed to finish the duology. The love the MBC community had for the first novel is unmatched this year for our reading list. When we first read Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross in February the historical fiction combined with fantasy was refreshing. The enemies-to-lovers story between Iris and Roman was delightful to read because of how heartfelt it was. The letters shared between them were romantic and intimate because they were being vulnerable with one another. Anonymity can help everyone be brave, especially with love.
