Chris Edgerly has a Kickstarter for the sequel to ‘Soldier of Ages’
In October 2023, Maude’s Book Club chose Soldier of Ages: Tettenhall by Chris Edgerly as the Bonus Book for the month. At the time, we also did a giveaway where members and non-members could enter and win one of five digital copies of the novel.
Chris Edgerly returns with a sequel to Soldier of Ages titled, Soldier of Ages: Battle of the Bulge. The news went live this Monday that Edgerly would have a Kickstarter to help fund this new project.
Edgerly is hoping to get as many digital copies to the fans of the novel to raise awareness about the 80th anniversary of the “Battle of the Bulge” which began in December 16th, 1944 and lasted until January 25th, 1945.
Chris Edgerly was born in Silver Spring, Maryland and moved at the age of 2 with his mom and two brothers to Savannah, Georgia.
He attended Benedictine Military High School and the University of Georgia later on, where he would entertain his friends with lots of impressions. A 10-year career touring the country followed (where his ability to do voices came in handy). Edgerly has since settled into the world of voiceover, in which he provides voices for movies, TV shows, and video games, and he still does the occasional stand-up gig around town.

We find our hero, Peter Kendrick, embarking on his next mission. The Time Guardians, the alien beings who task him with restoring balance to the Timeline by ensuring the outcome of epic historical battles, continue to deprive him of his own memories, and any other information about his past.
